Week 9 Objectives:

  • Finalize the AWS infrastructure architecture diagram for the group project “rookwork”.
  • Initialize and configure a complete Production environment for Backend (EC2), Frontend (S3/CloudFront), and Database (RDS) on the cloud.
  • Deploy the project source code to the Production infrastructure via automated CI/CD pipelines, integrating custom domain and HTTPS security.
  • Perform comprehensive system testing, monitor logs, and troubleshoot real-world configuration issues.

  • Deployed the group project source code to the Production environment automatically and reliably using the established CI/CD pipeline.
  • Successfully configured the official custom domain and enabled SSL/TLS (HTTPS) certificates for the system, ensuring data security during user access.
  • Conducted successful system-wide integration testing, analyzing logs to detect and promptly resolve configuration issues arising during actual operation.
